Respected sir/madam, I biva chowdhury d/o late ramesh chowdhury residence at 18 no ghat majhi lane My father was no more due to accident happen (12august) in our family such a big loss after few day we get credit card to my father's name. After one monts i saw my father acount has been debited due to credit card payment Yesterday (10octuber 2018) i went to bank and tell employe how do i cancle credit card and what is the procedure to close my father account because he is no more I gave him my father account number they just check and shouted on me they said the balance is zero i told him i allready withdraw all money Then they said you may leave as it is its automatically closed and then the document which i provide him through out on the table i was in deprision my father is no more i want to close his account but they dont know how to talk with the demise's customer i ask what is your name? They not answer me he is in counter no 2 branch salkia 61, sree arabinda road Branch code 1414 My father's account no:- ([protected]) If i leave this account as it is and someone use it misuse then who is the responsible for that Most humble requested to you please see the cctv footage between 11:00am to 11:30 on 10 octuber and filed a case again him.
