State Bank Of India [SBI] — Bank charge charges for failure of SI where application for deactivation of SI already made

Have an saving account in SBI Dilshad garden branch.
i have applied for written application to bank for transferring Rs. 500 PM in my PPF in 4 years bank.
During last two year where any failure charges charged in December subsequently reversed but this year they are not reversed, so i mailed them to deactivated such SI.
again they charge failure ch again & again in my account
