State Bank Of India [SBI] — Banker not allowing customer to withdraw money from - savings account (Zero balance) | |||||
We have deposited check amount of 42000 /- in a savings accounts (Zero balance), but sbi branch employees/manager are not allowing us to withdraw any amount from it but giving not accepatable reasons like - customers are not allowed to withdraw any amount from this account, amounts can be withdrawn after certain day etc... This is fifth time that we are running around branch office, but neither any employee nor the manager cares about it. We are in deep deed of some amount in this crunch situation (Denomination). We are ready to accept to withdraw allowable amount from our account on periodic basis, but completely not allowing us withdraw and giving not acceptable reason makes us unhappy. I really feel unhappy with thier these kind of response with customer, and i sure that this kind of incidents may pull out your customer. Could you please help us in resolving these kind of issue from below branch of sbi. Sbi bank, gogi, Vill\post - gogi, Taluk - shahapur, District - yadgir State - karnataka, pin - 585309.
