[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — biller payment successful but not yet reached to the biller

I have a s/b a/c with sbi rnt marg br. Indore and a year back i added a biller mpwz.co.in for ele. Bill payment and first time i made the payment with sbi anywhere app on mobile. Payment was successful and got the payment receipt for amount rs.203/- with tr. Id ub00418773 on 11/09/2017. But payment so far not received by the biller and still showing outstanding. Last date is 16/09/2017. If not updated till due date, it will cause for penalty and disconnection of electricity. Please refer the attachment of receipt.

Complaint marked as Resolved

Actually i ahd launched the complaint to sbi on their customer care no.1800112211 and after that just i received the sms that it has been resolved and closed. I confirmed the payment with the biller.

State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by indorilal biller received the payment. i just got sms from sbi that my complaint is resolved and closed. I checked with the biller and confirmed the receipt of payment. Thankyou,
