State Bank Of India [Sbi] — card declined

I went to buy a shower gel @ value mart hyderabad on 13/10/18 but when i tried to pay through pos transaction, the pos machine was taking too much time and at last it shown card decline. After that i asked the accountant to try once more and he said me to try. At the second time is was same problem. Then i went to nearby sbi atm and withdrawn my amount. I paid cash to the accountant. After that when i came out from mall, i got three massages related to money withdraw and it shown all the three transactions were successful. Then i contact to the mall authority and they ask me to wait for 2 or 3 days. I got back my second pos txn (Txn id[protected] amount (599.00) on 15/10/18, but first txn amount (Txn id:[protected] i hav not got yet. When i further contacted to the mall authority they asked me to contact my home branch but i am from kolkata. To me it's impossible to go my home branch at this time, and i know they will say to come personally. Any suggestion if i get back the amount... Please.
