I have performed a card transaction with a restaurant in Kharagpur. In the middle of the transaction there was some network error and later the vendor told me that the transaction is failed so i had to pay him cash. Later the amount was debited from my account. When I asked the vendor he told me that he did not get any money credited in to his account but it is clearly showing in my account statement that the amount is debited from my account.
