State Bank Of India [SBI] — cash deducted from account | |||
My wife is an existing customer of SBI. She had 7000INR in her account and tried to withdraw 5000 INR today from Syndicate Bank Atm. But while withdrawing, atm machine showed ‘Insufficient amount’ and got the transaction cancelled. After few minutes, she received a message on her number that 5000INR has been deducted from her account, which she didn’t receive at all. Once this message came, she again checked the balance amount in her account and found that 5000INR has been deducted from her account. Kindly advise how the deduction happened and where has the money gone. Was this information helpful? | |||
