State Bank Of India [SBI] — cash not deposited in cdm | |||
I have tried to deposited Rs.36, 500.00 in my own account through my debit card at around 3.25 pm on 22/03/2019 at CDM machine of Kalol(N.G) Gandhinagar Gujarat. But after going through the procedure of the cash deposit in the CDM machine I have entered cash of Rs.36, 500.00 (500 Note currency X 73 Nos.) in the machine after confirming it has showed hardware error occurred and no slip has been came out. I immediately lodged a written complain to the branch manager/ cashier of State Bank of India Kalol (N.G) Branch, under which the used CDM Machine comes. But Branch has not said anything regarding the refund of money. They have said that after 20 days they can say anything.
