[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — cash not dispensed but debited from account

Hi team,

I went to withdraw an amount of rs 15000 from sbi atm (Umrao singh enclave), cash not dispensed but debited from my account. I want my money to be reverted back as soon as possible. Why banks are playing with people money. Kindly revert my money back.

With reference to my savings bank account number with your branch as mentioned above, i regret to inform you that i was not delivered cash from the automated teller machine while i attempted to withdraw cash from the machine and i furnish here below the details for your information so as to enable you to re-credit the amount to my account:

Branch where the account is maintained: sbi (Pine shopping centre)

Date of transaction:07/06/2018

Transaction time: 7:00 a. M. Approx

Transaction amount - rs.15000

Location of automated teller machine: umrao singh enclave, meerut cantt.

Atm machine pertains to which (Bank/service provider): sbi bank

On the date and time as mentioned above, i attempted to withdraw cash using my debit card; however, the machine did not dispense cash; however, i was informed that my account has been debited for the amount as mentioned above.

In view of the circumstances as mentioned above, i request you to kindly arrange to re credit the amount to my account at the earliest.

i krishan kumari, my account no.is [protected] .i made my bill payment of rs 6800 on 4-6-2018.
my sbi bank account is debited with such amount but my bill is still pending in PSPCL account. plz check my payment as early.
