Dear sir/ madam, This payment of rs.. 723.50 was made on the website - myhpgas.in towards booking of a gas cylinder refill. The payment was made via sbi gateway. I initiated this payment via online payment method - bhim app. My union bank saving account was debited accordingly. However the vendor (Hp gas) did not receive the payment. Due to which i had to make a cash payment again. Its been almost 6 months since i have repeated requested a refund to my bank account. The same form was sent in the month of feb - mar 2018, however the issue is pending since then. Kindly look in to the same & do the needful. Awaiting your prompt response. I have been charged 8850 by SBI in the name of non-submission of RC book.I have never received any notification regarding RC book submission. Visited the bank and given a complaint letter to the manager. Hoping it will be reversed.

What a bludy bank it is, without permission who told you to dedeuct 295/-rs, ideots give my money back, i[censored] want to giv salary to the staff give from your pocket not by customer money, 6 times you deducted.
