[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — complaining about annual charges for sbi credit card | |||
I hold a sbi credit card with Card no - [protected] [inactive since aug 2017] For this credit card there was a annual charges defined, which is waive-able on making certain amount of transactions over the year. The card was blocked in aug-2018, and there is no new card issued till date. Now in jun-2018, i was billed annual service charges, for the year where 85% of the duration their product (Sbi credit card) has been in unusable state. I have been making multiple attempts with the sbi to address this unfairly applied charges, which they say can not done. On top of this, sbi is charging me interests and fines while we are trying disputing on the charges applied. Was this information helpful? | |||
