Name: YALLA KUMARA SWAMY, A/C.NO: [protected], BANK: STATE BANK OF INDIA, BRANCH: PITHAPURAM. On 03.01.2017 Tuesday morning around 10.30am to 11.30am an amount 4000/- were withdrawn from HDFC ATM at kakinada . Amount were deducted from my account, but due to insufficient balance in ATM I have not received amount. so please verify the complaint and credit my amount of 4000/- in my account.
