A saving a/c was opened by me in branch 5389 about 20 years ago in which i got my brother's name added few years back on his request for some purpose. Now, unknowingly, i got it converted into a pension a/c. My pension has been put on hold for six months due to being added my brother's name in the same a/c. I applied for striking down my brother's name from the a/c but despite having my brother's signature, my request has been turned down quoting physical absence of my brother. He never did any transaction in this a/c and due to my sore relation with my brother, he is not willing to physically appear at the branch as demanded by the branch official. I have also requested the branch official to strike down my brother;s name from the same a/c at least for one week so that my pension could be released and after that you may add the same name again and for which i am agree to submit any affidavit

Updated by Ompal Singh Panwar I want to resolve the same matter at the earliest so that my pension could be released. The branch Manager is too stubborn. I have written so many times to resolve the issue but to no avail. So, I request you to get my pension released either way.
