Dear sir/mam,

My issue is on 29 apr 2019 some one hacked my credit card and use full amount from my card (96000) and i am so many time call to sbi customer care but no one help me regarding this, please request to you help me and fix the same issue request to you. Details is below

It's been More than 2 years since my card was upgraded to the to the top tier - SBI ELITE, but no review has been done. Despite considerable amount of spend and zero outstanding.

All I receive a generic reply, please spend on your card and we will review it periodically..

For past 6 months im asking SBI to stop my credit card service, but still they are sending me monthly bill and now asking me to pay fine for no-usage, I have not used the card at all, but still they are asking me to pay yearly rent and fine for the rent as well.
I have mail-proofs as well.

Rs 10 000 has been debited to transfer to investment intermedia company with out my permission.I want my money back. since 2april many tranfers has been done why I don't remember any commitment. Please resolve my problem as early as possible otherwise I will take legal action.
