[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — currency debited but ticket not booked in irctc rail connect

Yesterday on 01.12.2019 I had on process to book a ticket from my IRCTC Account but most unfortunately booking remains pending and after connecting customer care I came to know though the sum of rupees 727.70 has been deducted from bank account, it has not been posted to IRCTC. Even after waiting for a long interval problem has not been solved. State Bank Main Branch Jalpaiguri has sent me the confirmation message of the said amount to be credited. My IRCTC ticket booking Transaction ID is [protected].

Today the said money has been credited to my SBI Account. IRCTC has mailed me regarding the refund to be initiated properly. Thanks again for the cooperation.
