State Bank Of India [SBI] — Deducted Amount mistakenly as a recovery of Arrear

On 12th Feb, SBI deducted the amount from account of mine. I tried to reach them so many times they told they have deducted the money mistakenly. They will give it back . They took 1 months, But they didn't give it back. Then I have filed an complain in SBI complaint box. They also asked for 10 more days to investigate on this. But after 10 days also issue still not resolved.

Need your help on it. Please Help me to get my money back.
