My sbi account no.[protected], branch tuticorin bazaar branch (7629) name v sankaranarayanan. An amount of rs.3869/- debited on 8th mar, 2017 for the reason - different in gold loan interest amount. But there is no gold loan existing in my account presently. Please clarify and credit the amount in my account immediately as i am facing financial problems

I have problem of my net banking log in, i give there correct id password, but there is giving me incorrect password, so i take a help of forget password, there my birth date giving incorrect, but this is right birth date. please help or support me for log in.
