State Bank Of India [SBI] — deduction of payment from my a/c through using atm card no.

I had used atm card number for recharging the jio sim through sbi rewards points. Some rewards points were deducted and amount of from my rs.188 were deducted from account through visa debit card. The amount could not recharge due to internet services. My rewards points have been credited in my a/c. But amount of rs.188/- deducted from a/c has not been credited.
