State Bank Of India [SBI] — deduplication of account number due to similar name and incompetence of bank to provide a solution | |||
Dear sir, I have an sbi savings account in sbi branch rasedi, dist.-baloda bazar, c. G. However under my net banking there shows 2 accounts: A.) account. No - [protected] (Other person's account, inactive account) B.) account. No - [protected] (Mine account). By mistake i had transacted an amount of inr 10, 000 in the inactive account of other person. This mistake was happened as this inactive was showing in my net banking portal. I have approached the bank multiple times and tried to explain them the case but the bank manager seems not ready to understand and has a lethargic approach to the case.
