State Bank Of India [SBI] — delay in payment o[censored]nauthorized access of 20000 | |||
Hi all, I am prafulla kumar pandey, sbi a/c-[protected].20000 o[censored]nauthorized transactions happened from my account on 22 feb 2019 in the form of account withdrawal (Txn:[protected] &[protected]. . Same time, i informed sbi customer care, informed about the incident, blocked my card & complained for unauthorized access ([protected] & [protected]). Next day reached bank & informed the bank manager. Bank manager asked for police complain & other documents. I handed over all document. I inquired about my case on very 15 days.in the month of may, it was told to me my case has been approved & will get back my money in just 1 to 2 weeks. But suddenly, in the month of june or july, manager changed & new manager came into the role. I asked her about the progress of my case. Firstly she was not aware about the same. When i told her incident, she looked into the case & asked for 2 more weeks. Every time, i asked her about the progress, her response was "it will take one more week". But 3 more months happened. But still i did not get any resolution. I want to raise a complain against sbi for delaying my case & not providing my money back. Please look into the case & help me out. I took 3-4 leaves from my office to visit the bank but getting nothing except delay. Bank personnel have made me mentally disturbed. Regards, prafulla[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
