[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — delay in refunding excess paid amount | |||
I had no outstanding in my sbi credit card, but i made a payment mistakenly to my sbi card instead of scb card. I raised a complain to the customer care and the guy asked me to send a letter along with pan card copy, i did upload the same in their portal as he guided. Received a sms as the same will be resolve within 17th oct 2018, but not. I received a call on 19th oct 2018 and asked me to send the letter with attested pan card copy again. It seems that sbi is using my 1 lakh rupee for lending it to other without paying me interest? This is kind of cheating genuine customers. This is like making the genuine customer go wrong.
