State Bank Of India [SBI] — deposited money at branch, account not showing it

Deposited 13000 rs day before yesterday. My monthly emi due tonight. Still that money is not yet in my account. I'm not at all responsible for any penalty if it happens for not paying the emi.
I and my brother enquired so many times regarding same. Only one answer we got "server problem, don't worry". Plz do something
