SBI collections department representative reached out to me that I had outstanding balance which I cleared in 2021 and after some days I got the email saying my case has been transferred to Encore for debt collection but I reached out to the SBI representative and he said nothing else needs to be done by me since I have paid everything. I thought okay and forgot about it. Now people from Encore have been harassing my brother by calling him day and night (my Indian number got deactivated since I moved countries). I reached out to SBI guy and told him to give me NOC and he said bank must have given but I didn’t receive any such email. This is so distressing. The customer care doesn’t respond I feel like sueing the bank since this is so irresponsible
