[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — did not receive money in account. | |||
I had a refund of 24399rs from amazon.in and the transaction from their side was processed successfully on 11/17/2018 and i was supposed to get the refund under 7days max, but failing to receive my amount i was told by amazon to fill "charge dispute" which i did from my home branch anand nagar branch, bhusaval ifs code sbin0016834 but still as on 28/12/2018 i have not received my refund in my bank account i have provided all the information to bank but they are not willing to help. The refund reference no. For the transaction is 322382 processed on 11/17/2018. I have attached the email i have received from amazon as picture. Was this information helpful? | |||
