[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — Dispute Transaction of 2L is on hold

I have made a transaction of 2 lakh rupees on March 6th 2021 using my SBI credit card, transaction was declined for the merchant but the amount has been deducted from my credit card. I have raised a dispute with the bank immediately and provided all the required documents as proof i.e. charge back report, reversal report, statement, transaction cancellation copy, etc required to speed up the investigation. It is so disappointing that there is no proper response from SBI team apart from the default emailers. Request you to take an action on the same and do the needful as I am in need of the amount.

I have submitted the same request twice due to internet disruption, request you to consider either of them as I dont see any option to delete one of the complaint
