State Bank Of India [SBI] — double deduction of amount from debit & credit card

I have purchased table mats worth rs. 500 from m/s sri sai furnishings at hitex exhibition and made payment through sbi debit card no. [protected] 0n 13.10.18. The vendor informed that the transaction was declined and inhad make the payment through my sbi credit card no. [protected] and payment was made. However i received a message half an hour later that the payment of rs. 500 was sucessful in debit card vide pos [protected]. I again visited the vendor on 14.10.18 and demanded refund for the excess amount. The vendor has shown his online statement of the day which did not show the debit card transaction. Since the amount is not credited to his account, he refused to pay back. Hence please arrange to reverse the debit card transaction at the earliest.
