State Bank Of India [SBI] — during aeps withdrawal transaction customer a/c debited but csp a/c not credited.

Dear sir/Madam
with above subject i would like to inform you that on[protected] i made a customers transaction through AEPS by his aadhar . the transaction failed but customer accounts debited same time whereas csp sattlement accounts not credited. customer bank is "bank of india" he went his branch for inquiry and complain but they are saying we can do nothing regarding. so what we have to do sir? where we have to go for this critical issues so we can get end solution?? plz suggest me...
