State Bank Of India [SBI] — Ech ach return charges

In my A/c debited Rs.1461.95 for failure of SIP payments of total Rs 700.Is this reasonable, please help to get the refund of those charges

Updated by Ha@1 There should be a minimum transaction amount for deducting charges as at present we can invest min of 100rs through SIP system, is that reasonable to deduct charges of 1400 for failure of 100Rs SIP amount
