Dear sir On 16th sep 2017, i had a transaction at atm cwdc7000 My transaction number is[protected] for rs 3000 but my transaction was failed. The amount has been debited from my account but not returned back yet. I want to know that when my money will be credited to my account. State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 15, 2017 Bhagwati Malviya's response The staff dont even try to resolve my problem. i applied for a new ATM and mob no registration.this was also not processed since 6 month. now i want to change my account to another branch but non of them try to resolve even after my appliction and repeated request. account details- BHAGWATI MALVIYA ACC-[protected] ifsc-SBIN0000332 micr[protected] i am unable to go the branch due to some health issues. therefore i request you to kindly resolve the issue in transferring the account for i shall grateful to you

I am SBI bank user, MODE facility in my account, on every 7th of month some amount is deduct as fee Excess DRS while amount are in MODE and every time MODE is break.
i want to know regarding deduction fee Excess DRS and why.
