State Bank Of India [Sbi] — for failure payment not received in account

I transfer to bank 15000 rs on phone pe application on 7 jan 2019 and transfer not done due to some technical issues. The amount has been deduct from my account &it's been 5 day i have not received my amount back

I want to my money back & need to your help to get it done. Kindly let me know where it's stuck to built my trust
