State Bank Of India [SBI] — for not providing service

Dear sir my name is deepesh sankhala, i have a/c in gwalior (M. P) main branch and i want to transfer fund by rtgs when i went to branch they said no to me coz your cheques are old then i said, might be but they are of yours then they said yes they are but we can not accept so i told them make my transfer other way coz new cheque book take time to issue as they said to me but they are not agree for that

My a/c no-[protected]

So sir my problem is that if they change the cheques book why didnt they change mine it is not my responsibility at least they have to inform me so i can issue new
