State Bank Of India [SBI] — fraud withdrawal sbi bank pension account

Respected Sir/Madam,

Myself Anurupa D/o Naagaratnamma. My mother has SBI account and it’s her pension account and her bank details are as follows below.

Branch code 40025

IFSC; SBMY0040025 Channapatna branch PB no 2. No 2290 MICR;[protected].

Kindly note that my mother has SBI salary pension account and it’s fradulently there were almost 13 withdrawals has happened for the amount 63, 000 INR from last month 05 May to 27th May 2019 and with the description as belows:

We would like to bring to your notice that my mother didn’t share PIN or OTP no with any and also note that my mother didn’t receive any withdrawal messages to her phone number which is currently number in used. However my mother is not knowing how to use ATM card. Hence, monthly once myself were withdrawing the cash on behalf of her. Like that I have been to ATM to withdraw the cash of 10000 INR on 25th May 2019 and I was unable to withdrawn 10000k it showed in ATM machine as insufficient balance to withdraw of 10000 INR and only 3000/- cash balance was shown out of 63000/- and I took mini statement through ATM machine. However, we visited home branch to check this issue on 28th May 2019 again we have found 3000/- also withdrawn on 27th May 2019 and only 300 RS left in my mother account and also I called to customer care and I asked them to block the card immediately. Please find the attached passbook statement and passbook details for your kind perusal.

Since, My mother is aged and she was not well. So she couldn’t visit home branch on Monday I, e on 27th day to check about this issue. So myself and my mother visted home branch Tuesday i, e on 28th May 2019. We met branch manager and we explained the above issue with him however he denied our words and he started scolding in singular word to me and my mother and he’s not helped us to resolve this issue and lastly he told us to give complaint to cyber police station and he denied to give acknowledgement about this issue so that if he has provided we could have submit the same and give compliant to the police station. However, we had been to cyber police station to give complaint about this issue there also police officer didn’t help us and they behaved weird and talked so rude with my mother then they told it will not come under their judiciary so again they asked us to visit City police station again I visited city police station along with my mother even they didn’t help us and same issue with them too they talk n behave so rude and they told they are not able to find the frauds and they can’t take compliant against this issue. On serious not my mother is single parent and she’s diabetic patient and also that it is her hard amount more than that her health condition is very worse for that she saved some amount in bank only because of her health issue and she wants to buy medicine about 7000 INR every month. Now we are not getting any justice towards this issue happened to us though we have met Bank manager and Police inspectors. But no use they are not solved our issues. If we don’t have secure and safe towards our money in bank then where we will get secure and safety for our amount.

Finally we don’t have any other option. Hence, we are writing this email to you. I request you to look this issue on high priority and beg your pardon to give justice to my mother and her hard amount. I hope you accommodate my request and looking forward for your reply at the earliest.
