[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — fraudulent transaction credit card | |||
From, date:05/01/2018 Atul b tambe Kankavli shivaji nagar. Sindhudurga, maharastra. Sub:sbi creditcard and debit card fraudelent trasaction Respected sir, I have sbi credit card no ([protected]) on 5/12/2017 i had call from no.[protected]. And asked me my credit card and debit card. I asked her why you want? She replied me that your credit card is not working. To card working we want information. That time i was busy also and on duty, therefore i had given the card information to her but within second transaction of rs 9999 from my credit card and 5999 rs from my sbi debit card made ([protected]). Imediatly i contact sbi bank kankavli, maharastra. (416602) and block my both card and compaliant to local police (Kankavli). But no action taken from sbi credit card and sbi bank. I send hard copy of disputted form to sbi card. Now on 5/01/2018. They send me letter about payment of outstanding 0f 9999 rs. Also informed me that there was no fraudelent trasaction from my account. I am amazed that still ([protected]) is active. I am not actually made such transaction. As a common person, i am not easily aware banking language ex.. (Otp/vcc) now sbi card want me to pay 9999, if i was not actually did any transaction, how can i pay the amount 9999 rs. (Fraud trasaction was made in favour of mobile wallate, jaipur) i had no connection with mobile wallate jaipur, and debit card trasaction with ola cab. These trasaction was made from [protected], its a fraud number. I searched that there were many cases like this. (Sbi card/bank) and no action is taken by sbi card, sbi bank. And police station.
