State Bank Of India [SBI] — Gave written request for Rupay Debit card, Received Visa Card | |||||
Sir, I have requested for a Rupay Chip card for my SB account with Changanacherry Branch. But I was issued a Visa Card. As the officer Suggested I wrote "Rupay Debit Card" at the top of the request. Still they send me Visa Card. Why SBI is supporting an American Company? When we have Rupay Card. Service Charges are high for them also. I am deeply disappointed by their irresponsible behaviour.
