State Bank Of India [SBI] — harassment by sbi credit card employees

Dear Sir/Madam

This is in reference my previous complaints that my settlement was done in Rs 80000/- NOV 2017 in 6 installment. I started to pay the installment from nov onwards when i paid my first installement in nov 17 they peoplealso called me to pay the amount as per my statement which is aprox 1lac 6 thousand, I reply very sincerely that when you people send me the settlement letter on my mail and i paid also its first installment then why you are calling me frequently/ regulary in morning time when i ready to move my office at 9.00 am, afternoon and evening also they told me that the settlement not updated with them, I also paid second installment again regularly i received the call, I again told them that my settlement has been done and i provide them settlement reference no. also but after that still received so many calls.I also complained it through mail in 22 December 2017 ( Interaction Id- 1-[protected]) to stop the unnecessary calls, but the issue was not resolved, somewhere I have a doubt that the settlement is fake or not as so many cases i had heared. I again complained in written bafore the last installment to confirm that the settlement is genuine or fake or update the settlement in your record they didnt confirm till the date is lapse and after they call me to pay the last installment so that the settlement is close.I also transferred the last installment and paid full amount of Rs. 80000/- as per settlement. but there is delay ony 15-20 days due to miscommunications and misunderstanding created by the SBI employees. I requested many times wrote mail around 20-30 times but they never want to listen my query and increased amount day by day. One day one lady also called me and talked my unethical way about my family my sister which call record i shared to the costumer care but they also deny the calls that no one can talked about you family.I was in pressure and mentaly disturb and never listen about my family in this way. They are just spread miscommunication amnd creating misunderstanding. I also visited their office at jantar mantar and complained to the executive/manager he also listen the call record of that lady and suggested to do police complained against her but still i thing why to destroy a life of a girl to by complained in police. He wrote a complained ande sent but not copy to me on ask he said it is internal.Due to mentally disturb I left my job in jan 12th 2019. In same month Jan 2019 someone is called me to met Mr. Mahendra Singh in Subhash palace office. I visited with my brother in law at their office on ask to met Mr. Mahendra Singh by the person or employees found Mr. Mahendra is not available in office but after some time someone called to Mr. Sunil Saini to meet me.We dicreibe all the facts and all the things happen to me and he assured verbally that our my case is genuine and he also help me for zeroization of my account and on fully confident I ask to join another job he said yes you can from our side you never be disturbed again. But after came back from there after 10-15 days he not picked calls. I message him and also to Mr. Mehendra Singh after 10 to 15 days I again call and he said i am trying to take approval from seniors for zeroization. He said to wait for some time after again many calls and followups the never called me and not help in this regards.In between i also received called to pay the amount.On 9th June 2019 one lady called me for payment of outstanding due she still never want to listen my problem after putting her phone I called to Mr. Sunil Saini and ask for zeroization replied that the approval is cancelled and not approved.I dont know in actual he maild to someone for approval and take 5 months for approval from 24th Jan 19 to 9th June 2019 period of 5 month the process to tell me that the approval is cancelled.
Sir/madam i also visited many times on their twitter account and tell about my complained/ on calls /email/ as well as visited two times in their office at jantar mantar and subhash palace.

You just think if they doing this type of mentally harassment and misguide to their costumers. I never stop to write i also write to PMO office their Mumbai branch and to RBI office also I also share it with my friends and family and also on social media about their services and how they harass people. In this any problem raised with me by mentally harassment from these people the total responsibility is SBI and these employees.

I am not guilty I never want to pay the money ask many times to update my settlement.

Still not found any solution and receiving call for outstanding payments. Today i also received the call from [protected] for payment at 17.08, I told him that i have already complained in this regard to RBI and consumer forum he did not understand and disconnect the phone after that he called me on my phone from personal no. [protected] at 17:17 and using abusing language for me and my family this is the second time happened with me the SBI executive talked in abusing and unethical language. I have call recording of this call. Please take immediate action on this otherwise I will go to the next step and take it to the higher level.

I mostly harassed by the SBI executive this is now gone upto my level and will do anything.

Tell how I send the recording.
