Dear sir I had been doing a transaction of rs. 706/- to hpcl for hp gas refill booking on sbi-epay gateway on 19/11/2019 using google pay upi. Amount of rs. 706 was deducted from my account but booking was not done. I have waited for my refund amount till 28/11/2019, but no refund got credited in my account.
