State Bank Of India [SBI] — I am complaining about credit card

Dear sir, new credit card provided by sbi to me, but not used till date.
Customer care called me on date 14/01/19 and informed about deduction of rs 20000 from my credit card account,
Sir i can't bear and paid this amount please help
An unknown number called me for verification of credit card before deduction, mobile no. Is [protected], pl. Idenfy this number and help
