Sir, Yesterday I used my sbi atm card in Axis Bank ATM-APCN17412 On 04/01/2017 18:19 & 18:20. But Record no.192 & 193 Transaction Declined 070, Unable to process message received twice. And Rs.4000 & Rs.2000 were withdrawn from my sbi a/c no.[protected] in Jalgaon city.
