State Bank Of India [SBI] — I have got refund sms but amount did not receive.

I have paid my college(Dayalbagh Educational Institute) fees of 6350rs via Sbi collect on[protected] but payment has been failed due to some network issue, The Payment amount has been debited from my account.

I have got a refund msg from Sbi collect on[protected].
I didn't reciece my payment amount yet (it's been[protected] today).
Please tell me when will I get my refund back because I have to pay my college fees?
