[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — irctc sbi platinum credit card no received but bill generated | |||
Respected sir, My credit card application no is[protected]. I received a sms from sbi that my card has shipped to my address through blue dart on 17th oct (Ev[protected]) but i have not received the card still now and the status is showing that the card has returned to gurgaon sbi office from where it has sent. But meanwhile statebank sent me the e-stmt dated 07/11/2018. Total due:2239. (Card protection plan charge and credit card annual charge). Its not possible for me to pay the bill before receiving the credit card. I tried a couple of time to contact the customer support through mail and phone. But they are not taking care of my issue. I am worried that if i failed to pay the due within time it will affect my cibil score. Please take the necessary action to resolve the issue so that i can get my card.
