State Bank Of India [SBI] — making fool to each and every phone banking customer | |||
I transferred money to My Father's SBI Account in January successfully via Phone Banking. But now in February and March I can't transfer Amount because of Absence the option Generate OTP during Phone Banking. Against this I talked to more than Five SBI Customer Care Executives but All are Helpless They really don't know anything about State Bank of India that's why I am really frustrating with STATE BANK OF INDIA and also with SBI'S CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES.
