State Bank Of India [SBI] — mobile banking, money debited but recharge not done | |||
Dear Sir, I am Debasish Ghosh, I was trying to recharge my mobile 8/05/2018 but the recharge was unsuccessful eventhough, my money has been debited from my account. Please help me to solve this problem. I am providing the details below. Recharge 1. Ac no. [protected] Mob. [protected] User id. RDEBASISH Service provider. Vodafone Amount of recharge. 100 Reference number. TID : UH[protected]Recharge not done) Recharge 2 Ac no. [protected] Mob. [protected] User id. RDEBASISH Service provider. Vodafone Amount of recharge. 100 Reference number. TID: UH[protected] Oper Ref :ONR[protected] ).(recharge done) I booked a complaint on sbi with a ticket number [protected] and its resolved without being solved. I talked with my service provider but they have no history about the failed recharge. This is the second time I am facing the sAME ISSUE. Being a nationally reputated bank like SBI, these guys are also picking money illegally from their customers. I'm uploading picture you can see one successful recharge one is not.
