Dear sir, My self joyanta kuley ac no - [protected], last 22-02-17 i want to take a ticket from irctc website from my net banking, that lime almost processing my payment terms including otp. Ticket not generate but 640 rupees debit shows in mini statement. I hadwaiting for one day but till today 6.35 pm rupees not credited. So please help me to return my rupee.
