[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — Money got debited but payment was unsuccessful and money is still not refunded in source account

On the date of 19 may 2020 i was trying to purchase an online course worth rs 11800 from made easy institute by paying through sbi netbanking.
Unfortunately the money got debited but the payment was unsuccessful with
Ref number/cheque no:[protected]igaiqfony8
Its been 12 days from then but the money is still not refunded in the source account.
I request you to please provide help regarding the same.
