State Bank Of India [SBI] — money was deducted and didn't return

I recharged my ola money by using the ola app with rs. 200 on 10th of december, 2017. On the first attempt my money was deducted from my account but recharge was unsuccessful. So i thought that the bank would credit my deducted amount and recharged 2nd time again with rs.200 which was successful. So, i waited for a few days expecting that sbi would credit my money back. But it didn't happen. So i talked to the customer care and the customer care executive told me that he could see both the transactions done on the same day to the same merchant and register my complaint. After a few days, i got a message that my complaint was resolved as the transaction was successful. But to my surprise they told about the 2nd transaction which was already successful and i knew and informed them about that. So i called the customer care twice and both the times, they told me that my 1st transaction's record was not there so they won't return the money. But i have the record in my net banking. So i told them to provide me their mail id so that i could send the details to them. But they said they couldn't do it. I am very disappointed with the service of sbi.
My sbi account no. Is [protected] and branch is dibrugarh university, dibrugarh, assam and the money transfer no. Which they say doesn't exist is [protected]igacnddxz9. I am attaching herewith the the screenshots of the teansaction details as proof.
