Dear team, My account is debited by rs 28, 026.00 by [protected] investment intermedia in sbi bank with out any information. I have not requested for it nor approved. Why the amount is deducted not able to understand. There is no clue on it. Please resolve this and credit back my amount to my account. The following are my account details. I am ishan singh as a manger in kohinoor industry .your deputy branch manager of branch gurdev nagar. He don't know how to talk with person or customer.he talk with me very rudely many times like uneducated person .
We have minimum 10 saving accounts and 2 current accounts in this branch.

I am facing transaction issues through upi and Withdrawal from ATM also not working from last 20 days. I had called, mailed, did everything that can I do with sbi customer service but still problem is not solved by them.
It is worst customer service by any bank.
And we all know how calm and helpful are SBI employees so no need to tell this.

SBI HAS REGISTERED MY COMPLAIN BUT CANNOT RESOLVED SINCE ONE WEEK. ITS TOO LATE .ITS SAYS ONLY "Your Complaint has been routed to Branch:ATM SWITCH CENTRE for immediate redressal" BUT CURRENT STATUS IS UNDER PROCESS YET.
