To, The chief branch manager State bank of india Main branch Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed" Dear sir A refund of1692 rupees was successfully processed on 15th march 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account. But i have not received the refund till.. The unique transaction reference number[protected] please resolve the issue. I had called so many times of sbi Costumer and amazon costumer care... I was very much frestrated.. And This is not a small amount.. To ignore. Plz accept this complaint and Take further action.
