State Bank Of India [SBI] — Netbanking Transaction failed on Amazon. Amount Not reversed by SBI | |||
I had done 4 transactions on 17th July 2021 from State Bank of India through Netbanking to purchase items from Amazon .All the 4 orders got cancelled due to " Payment Declination from the bank ", however the amount was debited from my bank. I waited for 10 days for the amount to be reversed, but it has still not happened. Registered Mobile Number - [protected] Transaction IDs: 1) TO TRANSFER INB Amazon Seller Services Pvt - [protected]IGALNUNUY1 TRANSFER TO 45 - Rs 1499 2) TO TRANSFER INB Amazon Seller Services Pvt - [protected]IGALNUOSR4 TRANSFER TO 45 - Rs 360 3) TO TRANSFER INB Amazon Seller Services Pvt - [protected]IGALNUPGF4 TRANSFER TO 45 - Rs 749 4) TO TRANSFER INB Amazon Seller Services Pvt - [protected]IGALNURRM6 TRANSFER TO 45 - Rs 229 Total Disputed Amount still not reversed - Rs 2837 I have contacted the Merchant and they confirmed that no payment was received from SBI and have asked me to contact the bank.
