State Bank Of India [SBI] — Netbanking Transaction failed on Amazon. Amount Not reversed by SBI

I had done 4 transactions on 17th July 2021 from State Bank of India through Netbanking to purchase items from Amazon .All the 4 orders got cancelled due to " Payment Declination from the bank ", however the amount was debited from my bank. I waited for 10 days for the amount to be reversed, but it has still not happened.

I have contacted the Merchant and they confirmed that no payment was received from SBI and have asked me to contact the bank.

I have attached the Dispute Charge Form and Cancellation order details too.

Request to please provide a resolution.
