State Bank Of India [SBI] — non issuing of cheque book | |||
Dear sir, I have applied for checque book for my sbi account on 24.10.2017 from my sbi branch adra district purulia. Till now i have not received my checque book reason kyi or kyc is not there in their system and this has been informed to me today itself when i reached the office today. My concern is i have applied for checque almost 20 days ago and i have been informed. Moreover my account is 9 years old and i am doing regular transaction from my account so i don't know how my kyi or kyc gone from their system. I need to provide checque for my business purpose on urgent basis. Who is going to take responsibility for my time loss as well as business loss.
