Dear Sir, This is to inform that I, Ex JWO Pramesh Kumar ( PPO No. 08/14/B/10991/2012)having my pension account in SBI Air Force Statiom Sarsawa branch( IFSC - SBIN0006391). My account number is [protected]. Further I would like to inform that my pension for the month of Jan & Feb 2017 is not credited in my account till date. I have submitted my life certificate in SBI Yelhanka New Town Bengaluru Branch (Bank Code - SBIN0006706) on 12 Jan 2017.Sir kindly look into the matter and let me know the reason for the same so that if any requirement from my end, I will try to fulfill it.I have send e mail to the bank branch email ID but got no response. Even after raised a request to close my SBI Credit card, I am receiving the credit card statement. Please close my sbi credit card ASAP.
